Our name says it all. We are inspired by the idea of matching people with desirable living spaces. We specialise in providing personalised letting and property management services for home seekers and homeowners, managing the relationships between tenants and landlords.
We are Miro and Kristina and we know and love South West London, having lived and run successful property management and home improvement businesses here many years.
We founded Desirable Living in 2017 after more than ten years running our successful Kelmscott Home Improvement business in Balham, as well as managing various properties at home and abroad.

Our story
Our first home refurbishment project was in Kelmscott Road, just off the vibrant Northcote Road. We have lived in and loved the area ever since. Our children go to school locally. We are part of the community. We are proud of the homes we have refurbished over the years. Our businesses have grown by word of mouth, inspired by the relationships we have developed and the trust that our clients have put in us.
We are equally proud of the growing portfolio of properties that we manage on behalf of homeowners and landlords and of the opportunities we create for families and/or young professionals to come and live in our neighbourhood in desirable living spaces they are happy to call home.
As we are property owners and landlords ourselves, we know from experience about the multiple challenges associated with using third parties and agents to do the marketing, viewings, general management and more. We learnt the hard way. So, we decided to create another way, the Desirable Living Way.
