- Arrange Check In / Out
- Agreement and arranging signing of tenancy agreement
- Move tenants into property, completing full sign-up
- Collect initial months’ rent, and deposit and remit, less deduction of agreed fees
LETTING & RENT COLLECTION
25% of first month’s rent (subject to minimum of £450) + 8% of monthly rent

- Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions

- Arrange Check In / Out
