If you need to let out your property, I could not recommend Desirable Living more highly. I have used many estate agents on the high street and cannot think of one good experience, only many dreadful ones.
Desirable Living manage 2 properties for us; they are easy to get hold of, communicate with us just the right amount, are always on top of what is happening, have professional plumbers, electricians and handymen to help at a moment’s notice, and are a fair price. They clearly work hard and really care about everything – us, our properties, and the tenants. It has been a huge relief to find them and it really is a pleasure working with them!

Easy company to rent through, all bills included. Quick access to handymen for any issues. Communal areas cleaned every week. The house we rented was finished to a high standard, modern decor, fittings, furniture and appliances throughout. And there was a smart tv in our bedroom and living room! It was a lovely home.
I’ve stayed at a property managed by Desirable Living for the past two years, and I can’t rate them highly enough. Every aspect of my stay there has been enjoyable, due to the staff going above and beyond. The property was always maintained very well, with modern furnishings and it felt welcoming thanks to the nature of the other tenants.

What a dream. Desirable Living made finding comfortable, clean and affordable accommodation a stress free, blissful experience. The house was newly renovated to perfection. The rooms were spacious and airy, the communal spaces (kitchen, lounge and garden) were equipped with all necessary appliances and the WIFI was fast and never gave any problems. A weekly cleaning service was provided. If there was ever an issue such as something that needed fixing, the landlords were friendly and easy to communicate with and would see to it as quick as possible. They also take extra care in choosing the right people for a house share, all my house mates were of a similar age range and all in similar stages in life. All in all, I had a great experience using this company. Thank you Desirable Living.
The best experience I’ve ever had with a lettings company. They go above and beyond for the tenants which is quite refreshing, bearing in mind most letting agents aren’t so considerate.
We have rented from Desirable Living since April 2017 and have just handed our keys back. The whole rental process was easy and the landlord was always available to answer any questions that we had. I have two properties that are managed by Desirable Living Ltd and they are managed it in very professional way. They not only pay rent on time but they assisted in renovating the property from 4 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms with 3 en suites and applied for HMO with flying colours. I wish I had known about this company long time ago. They are so friendly and very helpful in every way and I would recommend them to any landlord who wants a hassle-free rental property.
